AnonyPay Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-07-08
Welcome to AnonyPay (the "Platform"). These terms form the agreement between you (the merchant and its authorized users, "you") and the Platform regarding the multi-chain crypto payment service. By registering an account or using the service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Platform provides merchants with:
- Per-order deposit addresses on supported chains (TRON, Ethereum, BSC, Solana, TON and more as added), with on-chain monitoring;
- Signed, encrypted callbacks to your server upon deposit confirmation;
- Withdrawals from merchant balances (normal, financial-confirmation and daily-limit risk modes) and internal transfers between merchants under the same account;
- The merchant dashboard (data, statistics, callback management, security settings), the merchant API and SDKs.
Concrete service behavior (currency coverage, fees, minimums, callback mechanics, state machines) is published in the documentation and applies as published.
2. Accounts & Security
- Registration requires a valid, verified email address under your control.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password, Google 2FA authenticator and API credentials (secret, private key). Your private key is generated and kept by you alone — the Platform never stores it and cannot recover it.
- Losses caused by leaked credentials (password, secret, private key, 2FA) are borne by you.
- Security mechanisms — 2-hour session expiry, mandatory second-factor confirmation for fund operations — are part of the service and must not be circumvented.
- You may add admins to a merchant; actions taken by your admins within their permissions are attributed to you.
3. Lawful Use
You undertake to use the service for lawful business only and to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following are prohibited:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, extortion, or transfer of stolen funds;
- Activities infringing third-party rights;
- Attacking, penetrating, reverse-engineering, scraping or abusing the Platform (including exceeding rate limits).
The Platform may suspend or terminate service upon discovering such activity and will cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.
4. Fees
- Deposit and withdrawal fees are charged per currency at the rates published in real time via the fee API and the dashboard;
- Internal transfers between merchants under the same account are free;
- The Platform may adjust fees; adjustments are published in advance via announcements and apply from the stated effective time.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Funds are frozen on order creation: amount plus fee is deducted when a withdrawal order is created; cancelled or rejected orders are refunded to your balance.
- Deposits below the per-currency minimum are not credited and trigger no callback.
- For channels announced as closed (e.g. USDC deposits on TRON), the Platform may assist with mistaken deposits but does not guarantee recovery.
- On-chain execution depends on network conditions; no fixed arrival time is promised.
6. Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible: transfers to a wrong address cannot be undone; always use addresses exactly as returned by the API;
- Crypto price volatility is your own risk; the Platform provides no investment advice;
- Chain congestion, forks or contract failures may delay deposits or withdrawals;
- The security of your own servers, callback endpoints and credential storage is your responsibility.
7. Changes & Interruptions
The Platform may upgrade, change or temporarily interrupt the service (planned maintenance and emergency response included); material changes are published via announcements. The Platform is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, public-chain failures or third-party infrastructure failures, but will make reasonable efforts to restore service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability for any dispute is limited to the fees actually charged on the orders involved; the Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time and contact the Platform to close your account (after withdrawing your balance);
- The Platform may suspend or terminate service if you breach these terms; suspected illegal activity may result in operations being frozen pending investigation as required by law.
10. Amendments
The Platform may amend these terms; amendments are published on this page and flagged via announcements. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
